A stunning coastal hideaway located in the heart of Gerringong. Enjoy a 1 minute walk to Gather by the Hill (wine & tapas bar) and Gerringong local shops. Beautiful coastal and rural outlooks of Werri Beach and North End. Our property has recently had a refresh and has been lovingly furnished with 100% new everything from beds to rugs, lounges, dining table to the knives and forks. You will enjoy high quality inclusions throughout including Campos coffee, selection of T2 teas and al.ive body range, Sheridan sheeting and SMEG appliances. SONOS speakers in the dining room and rumpus room, with a portable speaker for use by the pool! Beautiful in-ground pool that has sun on it for most of the day until late afternoon.

Enjoy a wine or coffee from the many relaxed outdoor areas - lower deck, front garden or upper deck, wherever you choose your view will be beach and ocean as well as a hint of the rural headland. The rumpus room has plenty of board games and outdoor games to keep kids and adults entertained for hours.

A quick 2 minute drive to Werri Beach with lots of parking for a morning swim or play on the sand for the kids. This property is located within a 2 minute walk via the dedicated walkway next to the house to the main streets of Gerringong. Old school park on Noble Street at the top of the walkway has a great playground for the kids, while you sip on a latte and enjoy more of the stunning water and rural views from this high vantage point in Gerringong.

Don't want to cook! No problems - the choice is yours - The Hill Bar and Kitchen (3 min walk), The Kiosk (3 min walk) or book a table at Gather by the Hill (1 min walk) for a pleasant afternoon of live music and fabulous cocktails with Asian Fusion tapas!!

Our Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your cooking and entertaining needs - gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with water cooler and purifier, toaster, blender, coffee machine, cooking utensils. We also have a high chair for kids.

Prime location – 0.5km to Werri Werri Beach, and a 2 minute stroll to the centre of Gerringong's shops and cafes.

Bathroom & laundry

We have two bathrooms with a toilet, bath and shower, one upstairs and one downstairs. We provide al.ive hand and body range for you to use during your stay, including the al.ive shampoo & conditioner along with a hair dryer. All bath and beach towels are also provided.

The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a drying rack.

Heating & cooling

We have a fully ducted air-conditioning system with heating and cooling. Dyson fans are also provided in each room

Entertainment

Smart TV in the rumpus room downstairs, with Netflix. Sonos speakers are provided upstairs and downstairs with Spotify, there is also a portable speaker to take around to the pool. The master bedroom downstairs is also equipped with a smart TV.
